usually the ‘goddess’ component of this type of dressing is in the form of a green, like parsley or tarragon. being too lazy to clean out the blender greens would necessitate, i opted to omit the ‘goddess’ in favour of a more neutral-looking dressing.

ingredients:

half cup tahini (sesame paste)

half cup apple cider vinegar

quarter cup soy sauce or tamari

juice of one lemon

clove garlic, chopped

tablespoon sesame oil

tablespoon grated ginger

tablespoon sugar

half cup water

whisk ingredients together in a bowl, adding more water if runnier consistency is desired.
